she was sixteen years old, his fingers circling her heat.

Hannah Persaud won this year’s Flash 500 Flash Fiction Competition, the InkTears Short Story Contest in 2017, and the Fresher Writing Prize in 2016. In 2018 she was shortlisted for the Cambridge Short Story Prize.

Hannah’s first novel The Codes of Love will be published in February 2020, digitally and in print by Muswell Press, and by Bolinda in audio format. Hannah is represented by Laura Macdougall of United Agents.
